In an action lab with students of the UGent, FoodWIN coached students to concrete ideas to solve food waste challenges.
We’re very happy to announce that following this workshop, a start-up was born: Sauveur! Three Ghent-based students produce sustainable syrup from surplus fruit and turn it into lovely lemonades!
