College of Europe

The canteen of the College of Europe serves year-round meals to their students. The college wanted to raise awareness about food waste to their kitchen personnel and hired FoodWIN for an engaging and informative team building. 

After an intense day of learning and brainstorming about food waste, kitchen personnel was highly motivated to fight against food waste. They came up with three very promising action plans to tackle the food waste challenges they identified in their canteen.
